Caffeine in different drinks
In addition to energy drinks, caffeine is found in coffee, tea and cola, among other drinks. The comparisons below are examples from earlier MESZ material; for a specific product, refer to the current label and manufacturer information.
The values are illustrative; caffeine content can differ between products.
Total intake matters
Add up caffeine from all sources. Even where two drinks contain the same caffeine quantity, they may differ in sugar content, serving size and the speed at which they are consumed.
